From a Working Girl to the Working Woman
The different challenges that a working girl faces continuously molds and hones her abilities to reach the top of her own career ladder. In a battlefield where men often dominate each fight, women need to make and perform their own strategies to outwit and beat men. Having a positive outlook and finding the better part of any responsibility will create a feeling of conquering even the impossible. Try to see solutions even when other people only focus on seeing the problems, and in the end a wise and tough working woman will emerge from the working girl that has started it all.
Go for the extra mile and always take an extra step to anything that you do. Do not wait to be assigned to do something, do it if it requires to be done. This will embody a sense of initiative to the working woman. Look and try to fill in responsibility gaps, though this may be very difficult it will be very fulfilling in the end.
Acquire experience and gain expertise in a line of work. Exposure to similar assignments will be very beneficial for the working woman’s career plans. Welcome with open arms tasks that require interacting with different people for this will hone the interpersonal skills of the working woman. Add variety to what is known and try to be a master of many useful things whether career specific or not.
